Internet Connection Requirement

To ensure stable and reliable remote access to your MikroTik router via Winbox or API, the following internet requirements must be met:

• Supported ISPs:
  This service is compatible with any Internet Service Provider (ISP), whether fiber optic, DSL, wireless broadband, or mobile data networks. There are no restrictions on provider type, as long as the connection meets the minimum speed and stability criteria.

• Minimum Bandwidth:
  A minimum of 512 Kbps of uninterrupted and free upstream/downstream bandwidth is recommended per device using the service. This ensures smooth and responsive communication with your router, especially when using Winbox, which requires continuous real-time packet exchange.

• Connection Stability:
  The internet connection must be stable and consistently online. Intermittent connectivity or excessive latency can cause disconnections during remote sessions, especially over API calls or Winbox login.
